Outlook Integration
Connecting Outlook
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Microsoft
- Click Connect Outlook
- Sign in with your Microsoft account
- Grant the requested permissions
- Configure sync settings
Supported Account Types
- Microsoft 365 Business
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise
- Outlook.com (Personal)
- Exchange Online
- Hybrid Exchange (with proper configuration)
Permissions Required
Coherence requests:
- Read and send email - Import, display, and send
- Access calendars - Sync events
- Access contacts - Contact sync
For organization accounts, your IT admin may need to approve Coherence in Azure AD.
Sync Options
Historical sync:
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- Last 6 months
- Custom range
Folders to sync:
- Inbox (default)
- Sent Items (default)
- Custom folders (selectable)

Troubleshooting
Authentication Issues
"Sign-in failed":
- Clear browser cache
